Golden State looks to move Porzingis

The Golden State Warriors are reportedly seeking a trade for Kristaps Porzingis, according to ESPN.

It is worth recalling that Porzingis’s physical condition remains uncertain, as he has yet to fully recover from a rare syndrome he has suffered since wearing the Boston jersey.

This syndrome is known by the initials POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), a disorder of the nervous system that causes a considerable rise in heart rate simply when you stand up or change position.

On 30 June the Warriors and their player agreed to a two-year extension worth 40 million dollars, with the final season not guaranteed.

What they would be looking to do is shed his 20 million dollar salary in order to pursue another reinforcement for this year.

Last season he managed to play just 32 official games, averaging 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
