Former NBA champion Shannon Brown will play in the G League

Three years after her last professional game, Shannon Brown returns to action. The two-time NBA champion with the Lakers (2009 and 2010) has been acquired by the Wisconsin Herd, the Bucks' G League affiliate. The information has been provided by Chris Reichert, from the portal 2 Ways & 10 Days

Brown, an almost 32-year-old shooting guard, played nine seasons in the NBA and shared his services with eight franchises. Chosen at number 25 in the 2006 Draft by the Cavaliers, his best days were in the Lakers, where he conquered the two aforementioned rings and had some importance in the rotation.

In November 2014, after only five games, the Heat They cut him to make room for Hassan Whiteside. At the beginning of 2016-17 he was chosen in the G League Draft by the Grand Rapids Drive, but did not debut with them. If he achieves it with the Wisconsin Herd it will be his third experience in the competition, after 11 games spread between 2006-07 and 2007-08.
